Il Gelso Vacanze is a resort in the form of a Bed and Breakfast, situated in Salina, otherwise known as the Green Pearl, at the heart of the Aeolian Islands. Its strategic position, in a peaceful area, 200m from the sea, 700m from the Fishermen’s Marina and 300m from the inhabited centre Malfa, means that bars, restaurants, newsstands, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks and other commercial enterprises are within easy reach.
Pass through the entrance road which is shaded by pine trees, and there is access to a private car park. The internal pathways, surrounded by flowers and flourishing plants, lead to the rooms, all which have separate entrances by means of a private terrace, complete with a sea view.
The rooms which have a bathroom, and which are furnished with style and simple elegance, are provided with air conditioned, paddle ceiling fans, a mini-bar and Wi-Fi internet access.
Breakfast is served on the large terrace which overlooks the sea and, at request, can be eaten on your private terrace.
