La casa si trova a circa 500 mt dal centro del paese di Malfa e a circa 100 mt dalla famosa spiaggia di Punta Scario.
Caratterizzata da grandi ambienti ben arredati, offre freschi e ben arredati spazi esterni da dove si gode di una splendida vista sul mare, sulla costa del paese e sulle Isole di Panarea e Stromboli.
E' composta da una grande casa su due livelli per un totale di 3 camere da letto e due bagni.
Il piano terra è circondato da un patio arredato con mobili da esterno, dal quale si accede alla casa.

Villa Carla is an Aeolian-style house, is located in one of the most peaceful and panoramic areas of Malfa, the house is surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean vegetation.
The house is located about 500 meters from the village center of Malfa and 100 meters from the famous beach of Punta Scario.
Characterized by large well-appointed spaces, offering fresh and well furnished outdoor spaces where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, on the coast of the country and on the islands of Panarea and Stromboli.
The house consists of a large house on two levels for a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The ground floor is surrounded by a patio with outdoor furniture.

A kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer;
A spacious bedroom, living room and sitting area with TV and a sofa bed;
One bathroom complete with all accessories with shower and window.
The first floor consists of: a terrace with a beautiful view of Stromboli and Panarea and the green coast of Malfa;
Two double bedrooms with a door that has exit to the terrace;
A second bedroom with a bunk bed, with a door that has exit to the terrace;

Pagamento Il pagamento avviene con BONIFICO BANCARIO. Le prenotazioni sono ritenute valide solo alla ricezione del CONTRATTO DI LOCAZIONE (il quale sarà inviato dall'agenzia in allegato alla mail di prenotazione) accompagnato dalla copia del bonifico bancario relativo all’acconto del 30% della somma totale di locazione. Il versamento dell’intero importo di locazione dovrà essere versato entro i 30 giorni precedenti all’arrivo, ma nei casi in cui è stato concesso al cliente di effettuare il saldo in loco, la consegna delle chiavi avverrà solo al seguito del versamento del saldo dell’importo di locazione + le varie somme extra dovute (pulizia, aria condizionata...) |

Options normally expire at 5pm on the day after they were placed, but we are able to prolong them in some circumstances. Payment The payment is made by bank transfer.The reservations is considered valid only after the receiption of the RENT CONTRACT (which will be sent by the agency attached to the email booking) accompanied by a copy of the bank transfer to the advance of 30% of the total amount of the lease. The deposit of the total rent sum mus reach us by the 30 days before the arrival, but in case of special permission to the Customer to pay in loco, the delivery of the keys will happen only after the payment of the balance + all the due extra expenses (cleaning, air conditioning ...) |
